- Accepted students will be contacted with a registration link.
- A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is to be paid online during the registration process.
- Once the workshop is full, we will maintain a waitlist of interested students and notify you later if a spot opens up.
- For out-of-town students, we will cover the costs for your hotel room, including tax, with a roommate, for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. You will be responsible for any incidental expenses (e.g., telephone use).
- Meals (FREE of charge) will be provided throughout the workshop.
- A limited number of travel stipends are available for out-of-state students who require assistance to attend HelloResearch. Preference is given to attendees who are low-income or first-generation college students.
- Students with disabilities are encouraged to apply. A small number of travel scholarships will be provided by AccessComputing.
